Circular for Std VI to X - the Annual Day celebration of High School

We are pleased to inform you, that the Annual Day celebration of High School titled, ‘DARPAN’ (Reflecting India’s treasure beyond measure) will be held on 6th December, 2012 at 5.00pm in the school campus.  

The students of Std VI to X children will be participating in the Annual Day celebrations. We request Parents to note the following points to make the function a grand success.

Students  must wear the regular school uniform with school shoes and socks on 06.12.2012. The kids will be given the costume to change in the school before the programme. 
       


      Students must wash their hair for the programme as suggested by the teachers.
·       
          On 06.12.2012, students need not come to school in the morning session and are instructed to have lunch at home and come to school by 2:00pm.
·         Students who haven’t shown interest in performing in the dances will be taken as volunteers to welcome the parents and assisting in conduct of the programme.
·         School buses will be sent to pick-up the school transport children. Parents need to check the pick-up timing with the drivers concerned. In case of any enquiry, please call the Transport Incharge, Mr.Srinivas on 9348581029.
·         Snacks will be provided, but children must carry their water bottles.
·         Students will be allowed to go with their parents, only after the entire programme concludes.
·         Parents must come and pick their wards from their respective classrooms. The Costume will be collected back by the teachers.
·         Parents are requested to refrain from taking photographs or from coming close to the stage as we have organized a professional photographer and furthermore, this would create a lot of disturbance.
·        Parents are requested to be seated by 4.45pm sharp for better seating comfort.
