Rajahmundry – Vizag - Araku Tour Programme

This is to inform you that the school is organising for an excursion cum educational trip to Rajahmundry-Visakhapatnam-Araku and back to Hyderabad from 21/12/12 to 25/12/12. Teachers will accompany the students.

This 3 night - 4 day tour will cost Rs 3500/-. Interested parents may pay Rs.1000/- in cash to Mr.Krishna, Headmaster latest by Friday 31/08/12. We have requested for early confirmations & payment to be able to book train tickets. We look forward to a positive response from you. Given below is the tentative itinerary.

Rajahmundry – Vizag - Araku Tour Programme

Day-1 (21/12/12)   à      Departure from Secunderabad Railway Station

Day-2 (22/12/12)   à      Arrival at Rajahmundry at 3am transfer to hotel. After fresh up and breakfast,visit                                                           Dhavaleswaram Barrage, GVK Power Plant, and Paper Mill and road drive to Vizag (appx 5hrs)                                   and night stay at hotel.

Day-3 (23/12/12)   à      Early morning by 6am drive to Araku by train (apprx 2½ hrs) visit Borra caves, Tribal Museum,                                    Botanical garden, and back to Vizag Hotel for night stay. 

Day-4 (24/12/12)   à      After breakfast by 8am visit to Kailash Giri, R.K. Beach, Submarine Museum. Proceed to Railway                                                 Station

Day-5 (25/12/12)   à      Arrival Secunderabad at 6.15am. 

Package Includes:            To and fro train fairs (on student concession forms)

                                                Local Transportation Hi-Tech bus with video coach

                                                Accommodation on 4 sharing basis in Luxury hotels 

                                                South Indian meal consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner (only vegetarian)

Package Excludes:           Train food while going & personal expenditure.
